Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are described as a flat fee in the item’s listing. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
Delivery time
Domestic shipping (Israel) 3 - 10 business days
International shipping 7 - 15 business days
Tracking notifications
Our regular shipping method provides tracking. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment.
Processing time
The processing time for ready to ship orders are 1 to 3 business days.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, contact me within 14 days from when you received it and we will work out a refund or exchange.
